Q: What’s the difference between Official and Excluisve Products?
A: Official Licenced Product, These item are authorised by the brand owner and are produced under such agreement and purchased buy us from the exclusive distributor in the UK.
Exclusive, Products marked as “Exclusive” or that are not marked “Official Licensed Product” are all our copyright, which are made to order, using our own exclusive designs. Unless otherwise stated, all garments are 100% unofficial and as such are not licensed merchandise (See under Official Licenced product or Exclusive).
Q: When will my order be delivered?
A: We print each and every item to order, which means that items can take up to three working days to leave us. Orders within the UK should then be delivered within two working days. Orders outside the UK but within the European Union should be delivered within 14 working days. Orders outside the EU should be delivered within 20 working days of dispatch. Q: My order hasn’t arrived, what should I do?
A: If your order is being delivered within the UK, please allow ten working days after receipt of the dispatch email before contacting us. For EU orders, please allow three weeks and for international parcels outside of the EU, please allow one month to elapse before contacting us.
Q: Can I track my order?
A: Orders delivered via our Standard service are not tracked, however, choose an Express delivery service and your order will be tracked. However, if your order has not arrived within the delivery dates stated above, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
Q: Can I return my order, or swap my order for a different size?
A: Of course, please contact us at email@example.com and we will explain how to do this. We have a no-quibble 28 day return policy for your peace of mind.
Q: How soon will you reply to my emails?
A: We aim to reply to every email within 24 hours, however weekends and bank holidays can cause a slight delay.
Q: There’s something wrong with my order.
A: We are really sorry if we’ve made a mistake. If we have sent you an incorrect item, or there is a fault with one of your products, please contact customer service firstname.lastname@example.org and we will resolve this for you.
Q: I have an idea for a t-shirt, who should I contact?
A: We love to see new designs from our customers. If you have an idea, mail email@example.com if we like your idea then we’ll make it and pay you commission for every item sold.
Q: How do I update my account information?
A: You can do this by going into the ‘My Account’ at the top of the homepage, where you can edit your details such as your address, telephone number and email address. Unfortunately, you cannot update any order details once an order has been placed.
